Coping with COVID-19: Anxiety Canada Resources Available

Anxiety is a natural response that everybody experiences. While the experience varies between person to person, anxiety alerts our body to deal with stressors, negative and positive!

Anxiety Canada is a registered charity that provides self-help resources on anxiety.

Our Superior North Catholic District School Board Mental Health Team have gathered some helpful and relevant resources from Anxiety Canada to provide to the SNCDSB Community!

Struggling with anxiety during this time of uncertainty? You’re not alone.

Learn from Anxiety Canada experts on how you can cope. Anxiety Canada offers parents the opportunity to listen in and participate in a Town Hall. A panel of experts discuss coping strategies, as well as answer questions from those who are tuned in LIVE.

The next Town Hall is Thursday, May 7th at 11am PDT / 2pm EDT. The panel will be discussing Tolerating Uncertainty, Part 1
