June is National Indigenous History Month
National Indigenous History Month is a time for all Canadians – Indigenous, non-Indigenous, and newcomers – to reflect upon and learn the history, sacrifices, cultures, contributions, and strength of First Nations, Inuit, and Metis people.
Each week in June, students will have the opportunity to complete a weekly National Indigenous History Month - Passport to Learning for a chance to win prizes! Send completed passports to cfigliomeni@sncdsb.on.ca by Thursday, June 25 at 2 pm.
