NEW Principal at Our Lady of Fatima

Mr. Timothy Griffin brings a variety of career experience to his new position including working as a professional forester and as a teacher. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Education from Nipissing University.

Mr. Griffin spent almost 10 years teaching, along with learning and growing, as an educator. He focused much of his time involved in extracurricular activities including coaching several sports, student council and student leadership initiatives. Highlights of his time as a teacher were the trips with students to Toronto, Whale Cove, Nunavut in 2014 and an amazing trip to Iceland in 2015.
 
Mr. Griffin has been involved in many community groups and organizations including Moosecalac, Longlac Minor Hockey, and the Kenogamisis Golf Club.
 
Mr. Griffin is looking forward to working with the staff at SNCDSB, the students, families, the parish and community partners of Our Lady of Fatima School! He is passionate about building a school community that we will all be proud of!
