Press Release Positive Behaviour Support Lead

SNCDSB welcomes Tracy Bryson as our new Positive Behaviour Support Lead.

Tracy is a passionate and dedicated Child and Youth Worker who has been working in the field since 2006 after graduating from the Child and Youth Worker program at Confederation College. Since graduating, Tracy has worked in many different aspects of the field. Tracy started her career working with the Children’s Aid Society’s (CAS) Residential Services in Thunder Bay. Prior to receiving full time work with CAS, She spent a short time working within the Children's Centre at Thunder Bay’s Residential Services.
 
In 2011, Tracy held a position as a child and youth worker with the North of Superior Counselling Programs (NOSP) servicing the areas of Nipigon and Marathon.
After a year working with NOSP as a Child and Youth Worker, she moved into the role of Children’s Intake and Counsellor for the areas of Schreiber, Rossport, Pays Plat, and Terrace Bay.
 
Tracy has been working with Superior North Catholic District School Board since August, 2014. Her experiences throughout the years have only made her more empathetic, caring, compassionate and motivated in supporting children, youth, families, educators, and communities.
 
She looks forward to continuing to work with, support, model, and encourage well being, healthy relationships and achievement for all our students.
