St. Edward School Murals

St. Edward School Murals

Dedicated educators at St. Edward Catholic School in Nipigon provided Grade 7/8 students with an amazing opportunity to demonstrate their creativity through an experiential learning project. Students decided on their personal message, planned the mural using paper and pencil. The final step was to sketch and paint the full-size mural on plywood. The murals were completed during what would have been the March Break. Students are sharing messages of love and tolerance with the community as the murals will be installed around the school grounds later this spring. Each student designed and painted a mural under the theme associated with the traits associated with the school name.
