Digital Literacy Skill development continues for the grade ¾ teachers and students at Superior North Catholic District School Board. Each week students and teachers participate in the EdTech Play and Pause workshops that are designed to support students familiarizing themselves with their Chromebook and the functionality of the Google Apps for Education platform.

Digital Learning

This week is Canada's Media Literacy week and the focus was also on Internet Safety and Digital Citizenship. Students learned that personal information should never be shared online unless it is secure and safe, to always check multiple sources, look up the author of the articles they have been reading and to remember that how they are in person should be how they are online.
