Mental Health and Well-being Professional Development Day
Posted on 09/09/2020

On September 1st, the Superior North Catholic District School Board (SNCDSB) held its Mental Health and Well-being Professional Development Day.

We were very excited to welcome our valued partners who commonly enter our schools to provide mental health services to our students and families.

The Superior North Catholic District School Board wants to extend our many thanks and gratitude to the North West Local Health Integration Network Home and Community Care Mental Health and Addictions Nurses, Dilico Anishinabek Family Care, North of Superior Counselling Programs, and the SNCDSB Positive Behaviour Support Workers who presented their pathways to ensure our the entire system hears the same message.

The Superior North Catholic District School Board also wishes to extend our thanks to our school staff, system support team, and everyone who has been working together tirelessly to ensure our students return to school this September is safe and promotes positive mental health, wellbeing, and a strong sense of belonging in our schools. We are in this together and here to support you in your efforts.
