Throughout his career, Wes has held several key leadership positions, including serving as a Student Success Leader and principal. He is deeply committed to fostering student achievement, improving literacy and numeracy skills, and developing innovative pathways for education and career readiness. His dedication to student success has been a cornerstone of his work, integrating technology and cultural relevance into learning environments to create measurable improvements in educational outcomes.

In his previous roles, Wes has made significant strides in enhancing educational outcomes and laying strong foundations for future growth. His leadership has led schools to higher levels of academic achievement, the creation of language programs, and the promotion of cultural immersion, leaving a lasting impact on the communities he has served.

Wes holds a Master of Education and principal credentials, underscoring his commitment to academic excellence. As an advocate of data-driven decision-making and best practices in education, he emphasizes the importance of recognizing each child as a unique learner.
