St. Catherine's Day is a French Canadian Tradition. La Tire Ste-Catherine is celebrated every November 25th.

In recognition of St. Catherine's day, Mme. Tanya and the Holy Saviour Catholic School students are keeping a tradition alive. Together they made and celebrated the importance of this day by making delicious pulled taffy!
