Self-care Like a Bear

Bears know they have to stock up and take good care of themselves in order to get through sometimes. This time of year we wee lots of bears out getting food and shelter ready for our long winter.

Do you give back to volunteer your time within the community? Read books? Listen to music? Go for a walk with a friend? There are so many ways to practice self-care!

Meet Katheryn and Melissa

North of Superior Programs (NOSP) Children's counsellors supporting Schreiber, Terrace Bay, Rossport, Pays Plat. Kathryn practices self-care by reading and Melissa by getting cozy in a warm blanket and colouring! The SNDSB wants to thank the NOSP staff for your collaboration.
