The Superior North Catholic District School Board (SNCDSB) is committed to supporting students' pathways to success. To help inform students learn All About Me and identify their Individual Pathway Plan, SNCDSB worked with Skills Ontario.

Skills Ontario offered students in Kindergarten to Grade 6 30-minute virtual presentations inspiring students to explore the skilled trades and technologies. Students in Grade 7 / 8 participated in a 30-minute virtual presentation that increases Indigenous youth awareness of the rewarding career opportunities in skilled trades and technologies. Presentations were an opportunity for students to learn about four career pathways after high school, the four trade sectors, workplace safety, technology careers, and myths about skilled trades. Over 330 students across all eight SCNDSB schools participated to discover hands-on learning opportunities, trade sectors and many different skilled trades.
