On September 25th, students from Holy Saviour Catholic School in Marathon celebrated Franco-Ontarian Day with activities and a special breakfast. This year marked 45 years of the Franco-Ontarian Flag being flown proudly.
To celebrate, staff and students were encouraged to wear green and/or white to show their French school spirit. The event was an excellent opportunity for integrating French Language and Culture and it also created fantastic conversations about inclusion, equity and diversity!
Thank you to Mme. Tanya for creating this learning experience for our school community.
