At Superior North Catholic District School Board we value the mental health and well-being of our students and families.

Superior North Catholic District School Board (SNCDSB) has partnered with Children’s Centre Thunder Bay (CCTB) allowing our students, who are referred to the service, the opportunity to obtain virtual mental health counselling. CCTB is working with the SNCDSB to provide our board access to these virtual services two days per week. The counselling services offered typically follow a brief service model, meaning those who receive services will take part in approximately 4-6 sessions with the counsellor.

Parents/guardians and/or pupils 12+ who are interested in accessing this service are invited to complete and submit a referral using the Children's Center Thunder Bay Virtual Counsellor Referral Form.

You will be required to have a computer with audio and access to the internet in order to participate in this service. If you require the service, but do not have access to a computer or internet connection, and or are experiencing other barriers please contact Tracy Bryson, SNCDSB Mental Health Lead at 807-228-3368 to assist you with completing the referral.
